Very poor customer service, lady taking call nice a d helpful and that is where it stopped.3 days after 1st call, no call back and no service technician, very poor service would not recommend, but when they hold the monopoly in town you can't go elsewhere.

After absolutely shocking customer service by JC’s Caravan Repairs in Alice Springs we came here for assistance with a washing machine install (too complicated for the repairer). In two hours the job was completed. The customer service here is 5 star plus. Ask for John the “best technician”. Such a delight to see some businesses do value the importance of great customer service!

Cannot recommend TDC enough, we had a problem with our gas fridge in caravan, they fitted us in at a time to suit and went out of their way to be of service. Great staff and reasonable price, highly recommend. We are from GC QLD & will put a blog on FB sites. Thank you
