We purchased an apartment from SEQ Property 2015. They were absolutely horrible to deal with. The quality of the building is shockingly poor, and it has ongoing structural problems and water ingress issues.

Stay away from these guys at all costs, they're total cowboys. After screwing us down on price and changing the scope they refused payment until we made a tonne of revisions at no additional charge. William Hu (director) openly threatened to not pay us at all on several occasions. Unfortunately, people like this are exactly what is wrong with the construction industry.

This is the dodgiest, sleaziest developer I have ever experienced. Do not buy an apartment or home from SEQ Property Services, unless you want a problem building.

SEQ personify everything wrong with building. Arguing about price, timelines, withholding payments and generally being uncooperative. Go elsewhere.
