In time when customer service is reduced it chatbots and 'we are experiencing a higher number of calls than usual' (for the last 2 years!) it was such a delight to have good old fashioned one-on-one customer service. Discussed and bought what I needed - after their honest and clear advice - no hard sell, in fact quite the opposite. My retailer of choice for my camera needs going forward. Well done everyone.

I took my 35mm film camera in to be fixed and was amazed with the customer service I received. The staff are so friendly and knowledgeable and explained how the camera worked and what would be involved in the repair. They assisted me in getting it sent for repair and the whole process was easy and stress free. I’ll definitely be back!

Awesome camera centre with knowledgeable people. Got a nice little bellows that I'd been hunting for. Cool. Best yet they stock and understand m4/3Got an awesome vintage bellows agfa.Updated aug19 dropped in to get a flash modifier, had a great chat about available options and what they had with the collector great too. Awesome. Couldn't ask for more interested better service.

This store is GREAT! All the staff have a passion for Photography and are more than happy to talk to you about everything. They don't pressure you to buy anything, instead they listen to what you need and recommend. I always feel welcome, and they always want to see your work and give great tips in how to improve your work. Could not recommend a better store
