Rude, very rude. Extremely rude. Yelled at my dog and my granddaughter. Did not speak a word to me at all even though I was the tenant of the house. Very impolite also towards other people in the house.

Update - to their credit they finally installed some mitigation for the condensation but it took over 6 months and that too would have been wrong if I hadn’t been there. Star rating increased from 1 to 2.Warning!. Defective roofing work leading to condensation and risk of mold. 6 months of hollow promises to add ventilation to mitigate the problem but absolutely no action.August 2021 deposit was paid for re-roofing a rental property. A saga of problems.First the wrong colour roof was installed.Second - the bullnose verandah was initially not re-roofedThird - a significant number of ridge cap screws were in fresh air. missed the hardwood battens. How could you not realise! (pic)Fourth - sisalation was installed tight directly under the colorbond sheeting without an air gap which is not in accordance with cbos and manufacturer recommendations leading to build up of condensation on the underside of the sisalation (pic).From May2022 when presented with the final problem Energy Street Director initially defended the defective work and ignored it for 3 months. When presented with evidence he eventually agreed to undertake mitigation work even telling me it was scheduled for [last] Monday". Of course nobody showed and he has been uncontactable since."

A horrible experience with thoroughly unpleasant people. I do not recommend.

I engaged them to do some work on a rental property including to fix some tiles. They took my money and many months later they have not fixed the tiles. That was not the only incident I had with them.
