I had transacted 10+ properties in the past. I had to say as a buyer this is the worst real estate agency I have worked with.I was a potential buyer of a property in the northern suburb around Epping. On the auction day, because I couldn't make the trip to the site, the agent promised to have someone on the call commincating bid. It did not happen, I texted and called to check before auction, no response. I made 10+ calls and no answer. The 1st response from him is sorry it is sold". His explanation later was full of dishonest and lack of professionalism.It turn out the final sold price was lower than my budget so it could have sold higher. A lose to vendor
