Not so good. Go there 2 ask a short simple Question & they are always 2 busy & this is while u r paying an account. It's laughable

If we could give 0 stars we would.Manager (Kris) has no managerial skills whatsoever, incredibly rude and unaccepting of different types of people.Tall slim gatekeeper (mentioned in other reviews) eavesdropped on our personal conversations and tried to tell us what we could and could not say. Too busy on his high horse to care about the customer. Told us we had an appointment in an hour and a half, we ordered lunch we didn't need to waste some time, as we got our food they told us to be there in 10 minutes (40 minutes before the original appointment), we ran to the store leaving our food, arrived there in 14 minutes and they had let someone else go ahead of us, no apologies, no consideration. When we were frustrated, Kris and slim gatekeeper argued and and were incredibly rude. When we said we were gold customers with business accounts Kris said fancy".Telstra

I absolutely feel like giving a 0 star if i could but i cant. The assistant manager working at 4pm on sunday ( lilly ) was dealing with me. I bought an apple case off my telstra points 3 MONTHS AGO and had a very minor issue that the case was chipping off which was barely used. Lilly told me straight up that she cannot do anything about it cause the material itself is very cheap quality. She suggested me to take it to apple instead to get it done. I went to apple and they were happy to replace it for me but due to my transaction being done from telstra, apple couldn’t do anything. I went back into Telstra’s store and told lilly about it and she made me wait for a little which is fine, as far as my product gets replaced I’m happy but she again comes at me and says it is apple’s global warranty and they have to particularly deal with that although “you paying thru your points doesn’t mean any payment being made to us” rather take it back to online team. I asked her if she could give an approval in writing from her side but she denied it. And asked me to talk to online team regarding it. Come on guys I’ve been with telstra all my life. That’s literally not how your other stores are. I’m pretty sure that other stores can fix it, I’ll try going in there but this was not acceptable

Told by sales assistant we will never be cheaper. We will close soon so (it was 4pm on a Friday) so you can find out what you want on the internet. I'd give zero if possible. Outstandingly bad. Waste of time unless you wish to be insulted.

Functionally speaking, I've always gotten good customer serbice here. But the store and staff appear to almost always be very busy, not sure if they may be understaffed but there's always a huge backlog in waiting times to have an appointment.

I highly recommend this place, Stefan’s customer service was very good, he was very calm with me and sat down with me and talked me through everything, I had an amazing time at Telstra.

Served by Jackson. The best customer service ever. I upgraded my iPhone 8 to a 14. He was so helpful, knowledgeable & patient. Definitely got the impression that he really cares about his job & helping customers. He got me the best deals possible & I feel very confident in all the decisions I made. The manager also called me the following day to check in with me & my new purchase.This will be my regular Telstra store from now on, thank you so much to Jackson & the team!

The tall slim Male who acts as gatekeeper at this store I would never employ - not truly focussed on the customer at all and certainly doesn't really listen to what the customer is asking. Too much detail to go in to but we wasted around an hour because of him and eventually purchased an Optus product even though we would rather have purchased the Telstra one. Other staff varied from inexperienced but helpful and a female on the phone before our visit was very helpful and did listen.

Rude “manager”, staff don’t have a clue what they are doing, wasted half an hour on an appointment only to leave frustrated and empty handed. Avoid this and go elsewhere for mobile phone help!
