Jed and the team at willows are fantastic! The monthly services are thorough including vacuuming every service and maintenance check, and chemicals are well priced and great quality. I highly recommend Jed and willows pool shop for Townsville!

Recently moved to a new house with pool, and now information about the system. Arranged for these guys to come give me a hand over, the bloke that came out was great, he repaired he system (still under warrenty) treated the pool, gave me a run over of the system. Overall great experience with these guys.

Similar to M2JB review, don’t expect them to turn up when you book an appointment for a pool service, they promise to come and then don’t show up, not even a call or message to say they aren’t coming and when you send them a message they ignore you. Their service is hit and miss when they do show up, sometimes good others it looks like they have never been. There has to be a better option in Townsville.

Very helpful, great service and advice. I was in the market for a pool cleaner and they were great, they provided a demo in my pool so I was able to make an informed decision and the pricing was very fair. The young guy who served me and provided demo is very knowledgeable and helpful, great asset to the business.
