Price is slightly more expensive than chemist warehouse however the customer service was great

This Pharmacy is amazing!Frank is the best pharmacist in our area.He takes the time to answer questions and explain things. If you need advice he is always willing. I would not go to any other chemist.The girls are very friendly and always willing to help and assist.

Really disappointed to see how much they marked up a standard PBS medication by more than double the usual price. This usually costs me $8-$10 at other private pharmacies (and I’m not even comparing to the even cheaper multi-chain chemists…)The lady who served me was friendly enough, but she kept asking me “if I’m a member?” My thought was “…to what?” as this wasn’t explained or offered to join, but I responded each time with “no, I’m not a member.”While I was waiting for my scripts to be filled, I noticed all the other items being sold had two prices - one for members and one for non-members.Once I got my medication, paid (thinking the total was high for the few scripts I got filled) and left, I looked at my receipt to see that they’d added ANOTHER $5 onto my medication, and can only assume this was because I’m ‘not a member’.So what would have normally cost $8-$10 for a common PBS medication actually cost me $20 at this pharmacy - that’s not even justifiable and just plain wrong. Blatantly ripping people off and doing it very sneakily. I’d suggest avoiding this place if you can. Go to Bell St Pharmacy just up the road instead. Much, much cheaper and honest.

Signed up for the membership, hoping to get a discount, but I was shocked by the cost of my medications. Even with a discount, they were $7, $10, and $50 dearer than a local competitor! I won't be going back, and I recommend others to find ANYWHERE else.

First time visiting this pharmacy. Usually when I go to pick up prescriptions at other pharmacies they just hand you your medication without a word. I found the pharmacist to be very knowledgeable and caring, taking the time to thoroughly explain the medication & usage which was really helpful since my doctor didn’t provide me with this. The other staff are also very welcoming. Will definitely be my go to pharmacy.

Female pharmacist was very friendly, helpful and welcoming. Best pharmacist experience I’ve had. Store assistant was unfriendly at the check out and clearly wished she was doing anything else rather than serving me. Very poor customer service, which is disappointing for the store.

great staff especially one of the workers I think his name was Hayden or something, was very friendly and attended to me with enthusiasm.

Frank is the heart and soul of this pharmacy. He administers tough love and has a dry wit but once you get to know him, you appreciate having him on your side. I was a client at this pharmacy for many years and they stored all my scripts They introduced me to my MedAdvisor app and together we managed my medications smoothly. Even when I moved house I still remained with this UFS branch, diverting my route home to collect medications until such time I changed jobs. His advice on other ailments I had was also beneficial to maintain my well being.

I highly recommend this pharmacy, their staff are highly professional and caring. The main pharmacist, Frank always takes care to make sure customers understand the medications they are being dispensed. Importantly for those prescribed medication for mental health, I have never felt belittled or interrogated for the treatment prescribed by my doctor.
