Prouds the Jewellers Lismore

Poor and confrontational customer service. One sleeper broke first night after purchase. On presentation of receipt and broken sleeper, staff would not exchange for medium sleeper (large sleeper was out of stock) or provide any other viable alternative other than to pay full price for another set of medium sleepers.

Proud’s Lismore has the rudest Staff, trying to get my partners watch repaired they refused to give it back and kept coming up with excuses left right an centre on why they wouldn’t give it back, they wanted to keep the watch for them selves!! Will not be wasting our time or money there! Not happy at all!

Very bad customer service, was completely ignored in the first place and then treated like we are not there to buy anything.

Horrible discriminatory staff never ever will spend money in this store again after spending $$$$$$ now our money is not good enough . People must follow don't go here oh and the jewellery is worth nothing after buying it I have had it priced by professionals and half the price ;(

I am from the Gold Coast and was visiting family recently and popped in for some stocking fillers. I can not recommend the Lismore prouds store enough. I know the lady who served me, a mature lady (I’m sorry I don’t remember her name) has worked there many years and her customer service is always incredible. She treats you the same if you are buying a $5000 piece or a $50 piece and that’s what I love about her, she values you as a customer in her store. All of the staff give a greeting whether they are busy or not and all go out of their way to help you without being pushy about selling you something .It’s always a pleasure to stop in to prouds Lismore Square.

Lisa, and her girls really helped us yesterday. She has lovely writing...for displays. Very professionalI got a clock and a ring and my good friend also made a gold chain purchase.. great day. Thanks Lisa.
