Unhappy with end result once healed, poor customer service. Went to another cosmetic tattooist to have the work corrected. Would not recommend.

The most amazing service you could ever receive. From the moment I walked in the door I knew I was in safe hands. The salon is not only gorgeous but also incredibly clean. Throughout the whole combo brow service Kimberley was So kind and considerate and made sure that I was not only comfortable but that I was also happy step by step throughout the whole entire process. I have been going to Kimberley Jane brow and beauty for a few years now and have never been happier with my brows. I get so many compliments on how great and voluminous they look and recently went to her for brow lamination which I LOVE. She is incredibly talented with a great eye for detail. She talked me through my treatment, including tips on keeping my brows healthy and is just a really warm and lovely person. When you go to her salon you feel immediately welcome and are never left waiting long. She wants her customers to feel relaxed and adds lovely touches like complimentary bottled water or most recently, eye gels whilst receiving my treatment. Highly recommend Kim and her services!

Kimberley is definitely the Queen of brows. I've been seeing her for years for microblading, ombre brows, wax and tint. I've never been disappointed and her attention to detail is 10/10. She takes the time to make sure you are happy with the result every time. My Mum even comes from Sydney to let Kim do her magic. I wouldn't trust anyone else with my brows.

Kim is hands down the best brow artist in Canberra. I have had several brow treatments with her over the years, including microblading and ombré brow tattooing and the associated touch ups. I had been to other artists in Canberra but now would never let anyone else near my face!! My brows have never looked this amazing.Kim’s space is just divine and you feel completely at ease the minute you walk through the door. I can not recommend highly enough.
