Very unhelpful recruitment team. Refused to accept my referees despite my 25 years icu experience. And currently doing icu agency shifts. Certainly poor and I would never reccomend my nursing colleagues to them. Go somewhere else. Like first choice or Alliance. Referees were valid and so was my experience.I had a wealth of experience and it was ignored as you did not make Sense. You are obviously a very narrow minded about experienced people in the clinical field. You can’t hire experienced people, maybe stick to recruiting new grads. My experience and referrees were acceptable and 90% of other agencies say so, I suggest you review the way you hire experienced people instead of being salty and narrow minded about your process.

This is a great agency to work with. The staff are very friendly and helpful. They work hard to source shifts in areas desired and are always only a phone call away. I’m really happy to be a part of their team and would recommend them to any nurse considering agency work.

Have had a great experience with Carestaff. The lovely allocations team are excellent and always try to select shifts according to your availability. An abundance of shifts are available and have never had any issues with any clients, Carestaff employees are respected and welcomed on shifts. Great company to work for!!
