the product is great once i had received it.But i purchased it online on a Friday around 1pm and the only delivery option at checkout was (within 4 Hours metro only) which i am metro melb also come at an extra charge which was ok until not receiving the order that day !!i understand there was t&cs to this which were no where to be found at checkout or on website and had to pay the extra $ o go ahead .i decided to call the next day and the service was well not the best i got told that to bad the drivers dont work 24/7 and u can cancel ur order like i had no choice now but to wait as its an essential item ordered i got told it would be there delivered on the next business day i said ok but in this case considering i paid more and didn't receive item on the day ordered i expect a refund on the (4 delivery window extra charge) an basically got laughed at .. i have never experienced such abrasive behaviour from a customer service person and feel this is misleading to customers and should have the t&cs stated CLEARLY at checkout stage and issues wouldn't occur!i hope this feedback improves ur service as a whole and customer experience moving forward.

Great family run business, they will go out of their way for a $2 or $200 part. Long time customer here and hopefully these guys will be around for many more years to come. So many business’s can learn from the conduct of Steve and his staff

The is the best auto shop, top service, they’ll do their best to get the part for you if they don’t have it in stock, generally they do have anything I need in stock for my euro cars.As for price, these guys have lower prices than any other shop I’ve been to.They won’t rip you off!!

Cheaper than most auto retail outlets and similar to online pricing. Free delivery if your in the area. Friendly and helpful after a short wait during busy periods. Off street parking. Recommended.
