Poor service and poor customer experience. Honestly save your money and go somewhere where you’re appreciated and your money is put to good use because honestly here you may as well throw your money in the bin. The owner raises his voice and is rude to staff and customers.

This place has really bad customer service, I wouldn’t recommend going here . Firstly , they leave you and attend to other client while not informing you of what is going on. They literally leave you there and go attend to other customers without acknowledging what has just occurred. Like where did these people learn this type of customer service. I worked in customer service for 5+ years and never did I not acknowledge my client while being in the store.Also, during my whole time being at this place they were communicating in their native language ( which I normally don’t but this was excessive & not acceptable). They were not speaking to me at all but rather to themselves. This has to be the worse experience I have encountered within the nail shop . DON’T GO HERE, GO AT YOUR OWN EXPENSE .

I have been going here for about 6 years. Sometimes the staff is very busy but I'm happy to wait for the amazing services they provide. I don't care for the owner but I always tip my ladies. I get long acrylic nails with designs and shellac pedicure for no more than $110. Love this place!!!!

$$$$ Scam Beware, price was wayyy expensive $94 for a clear coat colour which came off in two days and toenails only in shellac with 4 nails in a very simple design except they didn't tell me till after. It took 36mins standing there with a toddler waiting to pay at the counter with no one knowing what to charge as the lady doing my nails was waxing someone in another room, multiple ppl yelling at me in Vietnamese refusing to fix my nails as well as trying to rip me off. I've been getting my nails done for 10 years and know average prices.I was misled, $65 was originally quoted for both hands and feet with shellac coloured fingernail polish with French tips (they charged me extra for change of mind except they never started painting with the original colour so I chose plain colour to save on costs but it ended up being more, PLEASE NOTE $20 more for paying by card (no sign visible), added their dodgy motifs for $10). How is non shellac more expensive? Staff said her boss / manager who wasn't present at the time would cut her neck" if she didn't charge me this price which is inappropriate and false because only her and I knew.... or maybe the boss is abusive too. They refused to fix my unfinished nails

Bad service, avoid!!!had manicure and pedicure done with simple shellac paint, ended up with skin/cuticle not properly done, nails not fully paint on sides, there were bubbles on two fingers and what they did was scrubbed the paint off and re painted with one coat ,when i asked she said 'it's ok, it's ok'.The staff was talking about dinner on her phone while working on mynails.

Very disappointed with the service. I just could not believe how much the prices have gone up. I literally just got shellac on my toes and hands and it was $60. I had a $5 off voucher and the lady said if I pay cash it's extra $10 off. What an absolute rip $45 to have shellac on my hands and toes.... The work is dodgy there's bubbles everywhere in my polish and the price doesn't justify the service. Ontop of that I was cut on the skin while she was filing my nail down as they were too busy having a chat and screaming across the shop. There's a TV that says relaxing but there's nothing relaxing about sitting down with multiple women talking in different languages with each other. To be honest, it's so rude as you can't tell if they're talking about you or what.When I asked for a price list I was told sorry we don't have any... Waiting for them to arrive.... I'm sorry but stop ripping off customers. I feel like they're just saying any price to anyone that walks in..no consistency which is a shame because once upon a time they were very good.

I wish I could put 0 stars because they completely messed up my eyebrows, and didn’t even follow the natural shape. I give this place a -10000/10 and would NOT recommend it unless you want ugly and crooked eyebrows. Seriously ruined my self esteem and wish I could get my money AND EYEBROWS BACK

I came here with my daughter so she could do her nails for a wedding. the customer service was very bad. one of the staff members kept pushing her hand and her nails weren’t painted right. a couple of the nails are missing paint and the nails are not even and are different lengths. i had to pay $45 dollars for a manicure that wasn’t even good.

I got it at 9am. An hour passed and I was still waiting while new customers walked in and they kept putting them first. I finally got up and walked out when one of the ladies said “I’ll do you now.” After waiting for an hour I decided to go elsewhere as I could have been finished now yet they ignored me the whole time. It wasn’t even busy.
