I was a tenant and my property manager Meaghan Graham was hands down the best property manager I have come across over the years. She went out of her way to communicate with me and the owner. Issues were resolved and she was flexible and helpful always. Any owner or tenant lucky enough to have Meaghan as their property manager would agree I am sure. Meaghan is amazing.

We had a great experience with Bresic Whitney. James was very helpful and kind. This was our first time renting in Australia and we really appreciate his support. Communication during our lease was easy. We had to end our contract a bit earlier and it was a simple process. Meaghan helped us and she was great too. No problems getting our bond back!

Meaghan Graham has been such a wonderful help for us to secure our apartment and also communicate between ourselves and the owner.She has gone above and beyond to come by in order to make sure our apartment was fixed of its mould issues after a leak in the building occurred.And she has been awesome in helping me secure my next apartment by filling out any referral forms necessary that I’ve sent through.I really appreciate her empathy, communication and support over the past 12 months.
