A friend recommended I go here for a second opinion. Very helpful, honest and good workmanship. Explained what repairs were needed even down to explaining how the part was used in the engine and with pictures! As a person who knows nothing about cars I felt reassured. Price was reasonable too.

Great Service and work done on vehicle. Everything well explained and quality parts and fluids used - OEM or better. Fuschs, Sachs, and more. Reasonably priced and all parts and repairs are to your approval.A short walk to Belconnen mall for busses or to burn some time whilst your vehicle is being serviced.Staff are friendly and very helpful. They will service every vehicle in the Volkswagen group - VW, Skoda, Audi , Porsche.

Really impressed how professional and friendly they are. The will take the time to guide you, whether you are tuning your car or servicing the car. I was just surprised how attentive they are. You do not see that anywhere else!

Have been taking my cars here for years. Always well looked after. CVWC know their VAGs and always give a comprehensive summary of the service and overall car condition. There's a good reason they're booked out so far in advance.

Just bought a second hand Tiguan and was having engine trouble with the engine spluttering on acceleration. Rang these guys and they were able to check it on the day in the afternoon. Dropped the car off and came back half hour later and they had repaired the issue and the car is running perfect. Good price also.

Excellent service! Despite their busy schedule, they made time and went above and beyond to diagnose my golf with parking sensor issues, although it couldn’t be fixed by them as it involves electronics stuff which they don’t really do, but they give me some solid advice. They didn’t even charge me for the time and effort spent assisting me. Will definitely go back for my next service!

Honestly one of the most professional and friendly car service centres I've ever been to. A long running issue with my car was fixed very quickly and efficiently and to a high standard. The cost was also very reasonable. I'd highly recommend Canberra VW Centre.

This place is very busy and can be booked out month in advance for a good reason.They are professional and will not charge like dealership does.I recommend you bring your VW or Audi to get service here.
