Margaret River Properties

We stayed at SeaView over the ANZAC holiday. Micheal (the host) is amazing in communication and the property was well above our expectations. It is beyond super relaxing and comfortable. we really enjoyed our stay and this property is now our favorite place. Thanks a lot again.

We thoroughly enjoyed our three-night stay at The Lookout. It is perfect for a couple and has everything you need for a short break. The views are amazing and we loved sitting on the deck watching the birds. Eagle Bay is a beautiful beach, so it was wonderful to be just a short walk away. Thank you for the bottle of bubbles and also the delicious muesli.

My friend and I stayed at Pepper Cottage for 5 nights and it was excellent. We thoroughly holy enjoyed our stay!Quiet location with fabulous outdoor area. Everything you need is provided, with quality and cleanliness obvious. A very short stroll to beach and also close to town -across a small bridge to supermarket, cafes and coffee spots.I had the bedroom downstairs with ensuite and my friend had one of the two upstairs bedrooms with second bathroom downstairs. The stairs are narrow and steep so this may not suit some people.We both highly recommend Pepper Cottage and Margaret River Properties was a wonderful host and great communicator.

The Dell Retreat was amazing! Beautifully equipped house for a large group and the outdoor eating area was perfect. Great location in terms of wildlife and getting away but also easily accessible to local wineries and breweries. Would highly recommend.

Stunning art house design, clean and comfortable. Close to shops and restaurant. Excellent host.

We spent 4 nights at 53 Dunsbourough Lakes Drive lovely 4-bedroom house at start of autumn. House is cozy, well-equipped and everything worked well. Unfortunately we didn't have a good experience asking for an extra hour for checkout on our departure date. Weather was terrible on that date and we had appreciated a bit more sensitive management considering there were 3 small kids amongst us. Besides, there was a recurrent flood at laundry next to the second toilet which makes its use uncomfortable. In general, a good experience however tourism properties management must look after the small details to encourage visitors to come back instead of being too strict when guests really need some extra time and ask nicely.

We had the pleasure of staying at Eagle Bay Lookout and working with Margaret River Properties during our recent holiday to Australia.Margaret River Properties was great to work with and provided exceptional communication. The owners of Eagle Bay Lookout were lovely. We enjoyed meeting them. We decided to extend our stay and both were very accommodating and simplified the process. The accommodation is such a beautiful, serene location. The views of the turquoise waters of Eagle Bay are breathtaking and the birds add a little extra charm. The beach is a short walk away.The unit is charming and perfect for 2 people for a short stay. There is a small kitchen but the restaurants surrounding the area provide a culinary adventure and are not to be missed.We highly recommend this property and look forward to returning during our next visit to Australia. Thanks for sharing your cottage with us.

Property was well furnished and comfortable for a short stay for two people. Close to the town centre it provide a good location for meals and shopping. Bizarrely the TV would not work (turn on) and even more strange, it was set to on a timer to come on at 4 am each morning. Aside from getting out of bed to turn the TV off, a very pleasant stay.
