Very very bad customer service. I wanted to buy a part for my Nissan xtrail. Called service desk and lady asked me to submit form online for part enquiry. I summitted form online but no response from Sttuons Ancliffe Nissan. Called service desk again but still waiting for a response. I never seen that bad customer service before.

I’m still shocked. I took my car to Nissan in Coffs Harbour as the engine light came on. They checked everything looked perfect they just needed to clean an injector ($120 less than an hour thanks to the equipment they got). Apparently in Suttons Arncliffe Nissan they don’t have that equipment as they took ages (almost 4 days) to tell me I have to change the engine spark plugs and cylinder #2 coil pack and it will cost around $2108. Thinking it’s crazy and doing some research, I didn’t agree on fixing it but they still wants to charge me $1090 just for inspecting it!!!, just for finding out they have to change those 2 things and they don’t know if that will fix the issue as they need to run more tests. Is it a joke? Seriously

Fantastic experience buying a new car with the team at Arncliffe Nissan, especially at a time when buying a new car isn't easy. Terry was friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. His honesty and open communication made the whole process less stressful. As Terry had moved on to a new role, Darcy took over and sorted everything out for us so that we got everything we needed for the car in the time we needed it. Very impressive service.

What a great experience, buying a car from Rodney and William. From the moment I called to ask if I could test drive, to the negotiation and purchase, they were engaging, polite and accommodating. My children were there and witnessed the purchase of a family car, for the first time. The whole family was made to feel comfortable, enjoyed the process and left excited! And this is exactly what the experience of buying a new car should be. Thanks guys, hats off.

The poorest poorest service ever experience. Biggest issue is trying to get a hold of someone, here is what happened: I live in Kellyville, I took over my Nissan x-trail from my colleague who had booked a warranty job in 2022.The part has arrived at Arncliffe:1. In Feb2023 I booked with Arncliffe, traveled an hour from Kellyville waited for 2 hours I was told to come back they needed a whole day to repair.2. I tried to book back in several times but it’s impossible to speak to anyone so I gave up.3. June23 (4 mths later) I got a call to say to bring it in because they needed to finish the job before year end.4. I booked it on 26/7 arrived on the morning only to find out there was no record of booking.And further more they have lost the part. (The lady was very apologetic)5. The same lady then rang me on 28/6 left a message, I called back 4 times and eventually left a message with a gentleman to say I am coming in on Friday 30/6. That message I was told never got to the lady.6. On my way in on 30/6 I made a call just in case only to find out they have closed my case due to year end and that in order to claim against Nissan they needed to redo the pwk. (Seriously not my issue)7. I turned around after travelling 40mins.I was furious of the service.Worst service - main issue I think it’s the communication. Can’t get a hold of anyone and no follow up!
