Vibe Hotel Gold Coast

Wouldn’t recommend this hotel at all! Service was awful, the only friendly staff was the lovely lady at breakfast, even on check in they were sour. The rooms are TINY and not how they look in photos. The bathroom is dirty and in need of a revamp as the toilet doesn’t even flush properly or will continuously run. The aircon doesn’t work. The expensive view we paid for of the ocean isn’t even worth a balcony or a mention, we paid the exact same amount as the hotels right on the water with a much nicer view. The spa and pool were both filthy and definitely not family friendly as the pool is located right next to the bar. We asked for later checkout and was spoken to so rudely. The “buffet” breakfast you pay for is some fruit, toast and cereal and a small choice of prepared meals. The parking we paid $30 per night for was a joke, they overbook it and the bays are tiny, and ridiculous to get in and out of. This was the biggest regret and disappointment of our whole holiday. Save your time and money and book elsewhere. There’s much nicer, newer and fairer priced hotels in the Gold Coast.

This hotel looks nice in photos but upon checking into the room, its quite old and yucky. The carpet really gross and stained, room altogether just has an old, musty feeling. I've stayed at other Vibe hotels that are much nicer. For this price, I dont recommend this location.Lobby can also have very loud parties.Can also hear noises outside the rooms just like in older hotels.The one positivr is that location is great if you're looking for somewhere close to Surfer's Paradise.

Handy location and views from the river view rooms are great. Buffet breaky is just ok. For the room cost expect something better. Nice little pool and bar area with good happy hour deals.

Rooms arent cleaned very well. The apartment size is generous. The views are great. The bar area downstairs is really well done. We only had the chips and aioli and we couldn't stop eating them they were delicious.

Amazing and a central place to every where. You can literally walk to the Main Street and the beach. Staff is amazing, hotel is easy to find but you have to pay for parking. Rooms and hotel itself can be bit better maintained but it’s a very clean hotel. Meals were good as well. Amazing view. I would definitely book at this hotel again.

Not great value for money. The rooms weren't particularly clean, the beds weren't in the requested configuration, we moved them ourselves, in house TV system wasn't working for the entire duration of the stay. After the stay, they held the security deposit for the whole week, and after phoning, I was assured it would be returned immediately, it wasn't. A second phone call was needed and reception had no idea how to sort the issue, even calling me by the incorrect name and sending an email to a completely different customer regarding my account. Overall, very disappointing. I would not recommend staying at Vibe Gold Coast.

Great location and staff were friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean & had everything we required for our stay. It's a shame the poolside bar wasn't open on the days we stayed. Would stay here again.

The booking process was simple, the parking a bit more complicated. Disappointed that there is actually a substantial charge for this, but can be secured in advance.Rooms were decently clean, and views were nice. Cleaning staff were fantastic, definitely the MVP.The bathrooms were a total hazard. Rubber mat took forever to find. No safety railings to get in and out of a tall tub with the shower inside. The tap system is definitely antiquated. Goes from very hot to very cold with only a very tiny gradient to adjust a warm usable temperature. Every night was a fight to get this thing working. Finally, no toilet brush. Surely, this is almost criminal.The lift swipes are a total hit or miss. Sometimes it takes like a dozen tries before you can press your floor. Good luck when there’s a multiple people trying to go up.Ground floor toilets are also in poor maintenance.Steep prices for the available breakfast options. You have to pay even more for hot options.

We booked the vibe hotel Gold Coast as an event venue for a surprise 60th for my mum. From the interactions with Darren and planning the event to the service and hosting the event on the night by Alex we could not recommend this place more! The staff went above and beyond for any requests we had! Alex is by far the best food and beverage manager we have ever dealt with. So personable, professional and an asset to this hotel! Nothing was too hard and it just made the whole weekend easy and seem less and we did not have to worry about a thing! The chef also was very accommodating making a “special soup” for one of our guests that couldn’t eat proper food on the night! Just amazing and so appreciated! Thank you for making this the best weekend ever for mum!

We were lucky enough to arrive at the beginning of Happy Hour. Our server, Indy, was incredible. Very personable and excellent at suggestions, it was difficult to not order the cocktails she was mixing!The atmosphere was relaxed and the decor and theme of the hotel certainly matches the name of Vibe Hotel.The rooms were spacious, and the beds quite luxurious. The toiletries provided smelled absolutely lush.We will definitely be staying again!
