I called Service Fox from an internet search in a bit of an emergency, Ben replied within 15 minutes late on a Friday night and offered me a fixed price - way more reasonable than any others. The job was booked in first thing Saturday morning, Eddie turned up on time and the job was done in an efficient and friendly manner.I would highly recommend Service Fox and have already told many of my friends.

We needed a corner of our gutter repaired, was given a time frame of 1-2 weeks for a quote from other business. These guys came out the next day, quoted, booked the job in and had it completed for us.

We had a great experience with Ben and Denise of Service Fox to waterproof and install new flashing for our chimney. In the first place they responded very promptly to our online enquiry and made an appointment for a quote. Ben came out to site, he was very experienced with federation era houses and provided us with professional advice on how to repair the chimney. He quickly came back to us with a quote which was significantly less than other providers. Ben has since completed the works and we are extremely happy with the outcome. Very friendly service from Ben and Denise, would thoroughly recommend their services.

I had an issue with my hot water system, I had someone attend straight away and isolate even though it was over the weekend. The following day I had a brand new tank. Service was so professional and found them very easy to talk too. Would definitely use Service fox again :)

I recently used Service Fox to remove my old broken sewage line which was blocked and broken and install a completely new line in my back yard. These guys came to fix a blockage at my business premises. After being reported to council for not cleaning up properly they made me organise an HVAC clean up at huge expense even though their plumber is shown on CCTV footage hosing excrement down the street! They are unresponsive to phone calls and I have since reported them to the department of fair trading. Very dodgy, do not USE!They were until very recently called Leichhardt Plumbing - I think they have changed their name due to poor service and reviews!

We engaged Service Fox to carry out roof repairs to fix leaks. We met with Ben who is an engaging young guy and selected them, more because they turned up to quote, over others that didn't. The quote was $8,400 to flash 2 windows and re-point all ridge tiles.On the day work commenced 3 guys turned up and finished the job in 1.5 days. I had anticipated 8-12 man days of work. When I rang to ask whether we had been over quoted, Ben got very defensive and basically said if you can't see any defects, don't complain. He then offered a discount. When I go the bill, there was no discount.I just want to warn others, its easy to be naive like I was, but get as many quotes as you can to ensure you get fair value for your money.

Ben and Naji did a fantastic job adding a new downpipe to our existing gutter and cleaned the gutters. They had to climb 2 levels up to do this, no complaints, very professional and fast. There was a small leak in the gutter that we had missed. As soon as I called Ben, with no hesitation they came back again to fix it. Super impressive.
