Redwood Print are by far the best printing company I've used.They've provided me with pull up banners and advertising material at numerous industry events across Australia and they've always been top quality.Very attentive and fast responding to any questions I've had and produce the work very quickly, maintaining a high quality service and product.Highly recommend their services!

These printers say they will print everything - and i'm sure they do a decent job ... if you are a high scale business. Forget about this company if you are a small scale person who requires prints though. Even though they say they will print for you no matter 'how big or small' - they lack the basic principles of emailing people back even though you have send a print sample and await their reply. In fact, they forget about replying or sending a sample print to you AT ALL - even after multiple emails and phone calls.Whoever is manning the email enquiries is about as effective as a person trying to fit a square block into a circle.True - your business may only deal with 'high scale' printing, so when a person with a smaller scale project comes along, TELL THEM YOU ARE TOO BUSY TO HANDLE THIER PRINTING NEEDS. Don't leave them hanging for several weeks with no reply, it's rude - especially when you already said you would send out printing samples.Business basics -1) Don't accept a project if you are too busy2) If you can't be bothered replying to emails - Don't have one available to email to.3) CUSTOMER SERVICE keeps your business afloat. Get your staff to learn that.I do not recommend this printing place to anyone. If you need your printing needs done - do it yourself (Trust me - it will be faster) or go somewhere else.

Matt at Redwood does a wonderful job and is a really kind man. So helpful, very quick and good quality. He is my go-to for printing professionally and personally and am always very happy with the quality and turnaround time. Working with Matt is always a great experience. Thanks Matt!
