Very tasty burgers and chips, authentic ingredients and very filling. Chips have a nice paprika based seasoning, lightly crispy and soft. Grilled chicken breast was juicy and nicely seasoned. brother liked the smoky beef he got.Bit on the expensive side but still worth it.

Can’t say I’ll be returning again that’s for sure with below average service & below average quality of food it just simply seemed like a waste of my money, undercooked chips with a huge serving of sauce just turned into a cold soggy mess that wasn’t enjoyable. The burgers are basic to say the least added bacon & tomato to make it abit fresher but just received a huge serving of sauce that made the burger inedible unfortunately.

Customer service - PoorOrdered - Filthy buffalo friesAnyone viewing images of filthy fries would expect hot crisp chips with melted cheese over chicken and a normal amount of sauce. Think again when ordering from this store.After waiting a short time I was surprised to have my order come out so quickly, but I should have known better. Once I arrived at my car with excitement to fill my hunger. I was quickly welcomed with vomit filling my mouth. I was shocked and disgusted. These chips were cold from the overflow of cold sauce and whole grated cheese not melted over soggy chipsI rushed back into the store with worry in my eyes because no person enjoys criticism to there food.With blank looks and no concern in their voices I was forced to start the conversation. I explained to staff three times the expectations of food they are advertising only to get the answer back “we don’t have a grill so we can’t melt cheese” said with little care and disrespect. No apologies or effort to try and rectify the issue.. said it was my problem so I walked outside and throw the food poisoning in the garbage.My question is why open your doors if you don’t have the equipment required to serve safe foods?

Burger was delicious. Would easily buy it again devoured every bite. The crunch on the Chicken was perfection yet chicken super tender, slaw delightful. Cheese not overpowering despite double slices". Really really tasty.Fries and onion rings Pretty good

The burgers used to be soooo good but they changed the bun and cheaped out on the ingredients. Now its like every other burger place with a bigger price tag. There's not really anywhere to sit and wait for food and I wouldn't recommend eating there unless your idea of a nice view is a car park. People who work there are lovely.

Room for improvement. The quality of the burgers was very good but I was disappointed in mine due to the amount of mustard, it was smothered in it. We'll return to try again as there's certainly promise if they'd back off the quantity of condiments used. We were looking for Aussie burgers as they used to be, not American styled, likely many like that though. The menu isn't the greatest for reading and not everything is on the menu, you need to look at billboards outside or posters on walls + not enough menu's to look at, difficult if they're busy. It makes it confusing. No personality or offered assistance from the big guy who served us (owner?) We would recommend them but be exact when ordering so you receive food to your taste.

One of the best burgers I've ever had the BBC is amazing huge burger and so well made, absolutely perfect.The thickshake was amazing too better than I've had before.

Tried this burger place finally. The burgers weren't to my liking, but that's a personal preference. The customer service at this store was lovely. Really felt at home and was attended and taken care of. I recommend this place a lot, for my mates who are more BBQ meat and mega burger inclined.
