Jo is the most wonderful, warm, kind and enthusiastic woman I have ever met. She inspired me to search within for mindfulness just by being her amazing self. Yoga with Jo Green
Jo makes yoga both enjoyable and challenging all at the same time. I love that she always explains that you need to feel and listen to your body. I never felt bad or embarrassed if I fell over or was unable to achieve a position. I had never done yoga before and Jo makes you feel welcome and relaxed.Jo is the sweetest most welcoming person with a heart of gold and a head full of knowledge.I have enjoyed all of Jo’s classes and have been impressed with my progress overtime.
