Kat’s restorative yoga class came to me at the right time in my life. I stepped off the street in a frantic sleepless state and felt myself start to heal almost immediately upon entering her first session. She creates an instantly comforting and supportive environment and carries that masterfully into a deep, compassionate practice with enough physical movement to really feel the cells start to fire and recover. I highly recommend her class to anyone looking to start a practice or deepen their practice into new realms.

Restorative Yoga is the best self care practice I have ever engaged in.Kat has a soothing, gentle & reassuring voice as she guides you through - carefully & knowledgeably explaining the terminology & poses.I love the online classes - it’s a reward/gift to me at the end of the day! I always sleep better - it’s like a big hug!

Kat is a wise and gifted yoga teacher. During her session I am aware of the tension slipping away. She gently guides subtle movement, accessible to every body shape and age. By the end of the class the feeling of relief is palpable. Kat quintessentially captures the meaning of self care and the essence of the yoga. I feel blessed to have found her.

I attended Kat’s May immersion as well as regular weekly classes. Such a great relaxing and restorative class where I always come away feeling more clear headed.Kat is a very attentive and intuitive teacher who perfectly pre-empts your needs by supplying the appropriate props and equipment before you have even changed into your next pose, always making sure that you are comfortable!
