Professional and collaborative with high-end finishes..We first met Matthew when he worked on our internal renovations and were so impressed with his work ethic and attention to detail that we contacted him when we were ready to renovate our back terrace.Due to Covid, there was a delay of a number of months between when we first began planning the works, to when they were able to start. Matthew was great at communicating throughout that period, and during the project itself. Matthew worked within our budget and came up with a number of clever solutions to issues we had.Matthew, and his team Jose and Kaillen were all lovely to deal with, highly professional and the quality of their work speaks for itself.Highly recommend!!

We’ve used Matt a few times and most recently for a major project demolishing and rebuilding our laundry from the stumps up, and building a large new deck. Matt and his team are reliable, professional and considerate. Matt doesn’t cut corners and he cares about the quality of his work. Matt and team built a beautiful composite deck for me. They worked in well with other trades on site, including accomodating some unforeseen delays. Matt kept me up to date with the work and was very responsive, suggesting improvements and ensuring I was happy with the end product. I now have an awesome deck in my backyard!

Matt from Pache was great- and very responsive and did a beautiful job installing our new bathroom cabinets. He was able to coordinate several trades to get the job finished super efficiently (plumber, plasterer, painter). We are really happy! And would recommend him for big and small jobs.

We engaged Pache Built to help update our single storey weatherboard home. We needed two old red brick chimneys removed from both our kitchen and lounge room along with associated repair works.From our very first enquiry, Matthew has been friendly, courteous, generous with his time and in sharing his knowledge to help us plan the required works. From initially coming over and investigating the structural feasibility of removing the chimneys, he was extremely prompt in communicating with us through-out the entire consult process, guiding us through the build requirements and eventual contract details. The quote was reasonable ( certainly a lot less than other builders had provided to this point) , and Matt was very accommodating amending the quote to suit our scope and needs.Once the build got underway, he and his team did a great job starting with the demolition while we still lived in the house, all with two small children. Matt, Joey and Kaillen worked very hard to make swift headway, arriving early each morning and leaving late, but always ensuring at the end of each demo day, the house was cleaned, weatherproofed and safe for our young kids.Throughout the build, several roadblocks were encountered and some of the work challenged. However, Matthew was very receptive, non-defensive and listened to all feedback given and strived to quickly resolve any issues.Like any such project, the build required additional unforeseen works, which Matt and team were more than willing to undertake as a variation.Communication was consistent through-out the project. From initial consult, planning and during the build itself, Matt was easily contactable and responded immediately to all enquiries and questions. Maybe further clarity on some of the inclusions of the contract would have been appreciated prior to work commencing.We are delighted with the final result and quality of the work undertaken. We found Matt extremely reliable, honest and trustworthy.See some before and after photos I have included here.We are more than happy to recommend Pache Built for such similar scaled building projects.
