Charli's Cafe
The ladies are absolute gems; the baristas know how to make an excellent long black, my haunt 4 times a week for a reason on my daily travels. They remember their customer orders, no attitude unlike some other coffee shops. Omelette is pretty decent, fresh juices and blends are recommended! 5 stars for their prices and service!

Okay Charli’s is nothing out of the bag. Good service, predictable menu, well priced, friendly staff & well located in the heart of Newport ( Robertson Road ). Everything doesn’t have to be a culinary bonanza but in Newport it does have to be at least this good. Fresh clean food!

Charli's used to be a good cafe but has really gone from bad to worse under the most recent owners. Jackie the owner goes out of her way to be unpleasant at times, the menu has not changed in 10 years, the place is filthy and needs a makeover badly and the coffee is terrible. Very sad.

This venue is the perfect reminder not to judge a book by its cover. Aesthetically it's not the most pleasing, and I was somewhat worried about the choice on arrival. The service, coffee, and food however were wonderfully splendid.

I’ve had poached eggs here about 50 times and they’re perfect every single time. Big meals for a good price and lovely staff

Great little Cafe in a delightful laneway with lovely shops and restaurants. There is indoor and covered outdoor dining. Friendly and helpful staff and very delicious food.We had the steak burger which was fabulous and the steak fries were amazing.
