We are disappointed long term customers who went to the service department asking for advice on a problem we couldn't fix. We needed 5 minutes of their time but we were refused their assistance. Doing business with them again is now impossible. Giving free advice, or anything for free, is out of the question for this business. They are only interested in your money. I don't usually post negative reviews but feel I can't forgive their lack of care.

I would like to thank the sellers Felix the one who represent me the Peugeot 2008 GT Sport, he is very reliable and helpful block, Jody who did the finance for my purchase very nice, Jake who is quite flexible manager and mechanic Michael who was helpful with my extras for my new car, also the reception very friendly people. They call couple of times in the first 48 hours after I bought my brand-new vehicle just to make sure everything is going right. Great Tim!

We are very disappointed with the service department. Our 2020 Peugeot was fitted with a tow-bar at Bedggoods and we had problems with electrical connections in wet conditions from the beginning. Despite taking the car in 5 times for service and repairs, the problem was not fixed. Last time we were told we have to pay for a part which is unlikely the problem (as generally we don’t drive with a trailer) and despite our car being covered by warranty.
