Every time I go into the store, I leave feeling special as I am always greeted by joyful staff who know what they are doing. I was interested in the Dickies range of workwear, and found Marino as a stockist in Adelaide. I called to confirm that the business was open to retail customers, and was asked by a pleasant person named Wendy what I was looking for. I explained I was looking for the Dickies brand. I told her what size I was looking for, and she assured me that they should have something available in my size.With all that information confirmed, I jumped in the car and negotiated heavy traffic down South Rd to visit the store. I arrived and was served by another woman. I told her the size I was looking for and the style I needed, and she kindly checked through their stock. There was not one single item of Dickies clothing available in my size in stock. Having made the effort to check all these things prior to visiting the store, this was a very disappointing outcome. In future customer service phone interactions I'd suggest that the extra effort be made to check stocks before advising the customer.
