No Stars from me! Ian Clarke Sold me a property with an uncertified Shed. A huge shed that had been standing for 20 years. After much heartbreak Townsville city council have demolished my shed and I now have a huge demolishing debt to pay. I now understand 'buyer beware' please buyers be aware of Ian Clarke's unethical practice's.

This agency needs another 5 stars on top of the 5 stars I've already ticked. I've used several agencies over the years as a landlord and a tenant and I find Ian Clarke real estate very good, professional , down-to-earth & knowledgeable and any issues are addressed straight away. They are the best at what they do. Ian is on top of the real estate game and a really decent person as well. Don't bother looking anywhere else. I recommend using Ian Clark Real Estate
