Good place to shop, however could use a little more variety when it comes to fish, and point of lay chooks been in on 2 occasions and sadly both times I wasn't able to get any. Staff are helpful

Normally like to support local, i get things are more expensive now but this places prices are pretty absurd. Customer service not great either. Never really feel a welcoming vibe.

Friendly staff, great range of products for lots of different animals. They often have reptiles, puppies, kittens and various breeds of birds available for sale.

Have Shopped there for years n even though haven't been able to for a while now will always choose them when possible. Fantastic couple, friendly, helpful and go above and beyond when can. I miss seeing the in-store kitty too, gorgeous girl

Walked in and saw about 6 dead fish in a fish tank, and also he had cross bred dogs and was selling them for about $4,500.00. Didn't have stock and down to the last items.

Been getting things from here for years, will never be back after today. They didn't have size crickets required so we left. Lady comes out and says she's got some, so go back in....none there. On way out acused of taking some to car without paying. Being accused of stealing is low.

Can't comment on the pet supplies, have been hiring trailers from this company for a number of years with no issues until about 5 or 6 weeks ago when we hired a car trailer to transport a roll of electric cable. We are fairly certain the trailer had a flat tyre when we picked it up but it had been checked by the owner so we drove away. We got as far as Seaford when another motorist told us we had a flat tyre we immediately stopped at a petrol station where we found the tyre was completely destroyed and the adjacent tyre was also damaged by the debris, we also noticed the spare tyre was missing. We made a few phone calls without any luck. We then unhitched the trailer and noticed more alarmingly that the trailer brakes were inoperative we then to go to find another trailer to hire and then transferred the cargo to complete the journey. The following morning we went to Petstop and informed them what happened and we were told to go and get new tyres and they would sort it out when we got back. We did this and brought the trailer back in the afternoon parked the trailer and took the opportunity to check the brakes on the trailer next to the trailer we used and noticed it also had no brakes. Went back into the store where we informed that the trailers were all checked meticulously. When we raised the point about no spare tyre and no brakes on two occasions they were both met with silence, and we were then charged a late fee. It was put to us that the tyre failure was blamed on us (total nonsense) dropping down the kerb outside the store at very low speed, which was actually the opposite side to the tyre that failed and drive around the roundabout and bumping over the centre kerb, although this we had to give way at the roundabout so we were travelling very slowly and the kerb is low on the roundabout. So all up we were out of pocket by approximately $300 had to spend a day recovering and repairing the trailer and did not receive any apologies and we feel very disappointed and will definitely not return or recommend them to friends as we have in the past.
