Absolutely amazing service! I took my Rolex to another place to get some links removed they did an absolute hatchet job and couldn’t even finish the job.Jewellery on James did a spectacular job with an immense amount of care and were extremely accomodating. Highly recommended. 10/10

I brought my engagement ring here to get it resized, it was perfectly made to a custom size and the job was completed on the same day! This was incredible for me as everywhere else had given me a timeframe of a few days to a few weeks. Not sure if it’s a combination of lucky timing and a wonderful jeweller or solely the latter, but I’m very grateful.Many thanks

Today I had the best customer service iv ever experienced at JEWLLERY ON JAMES, my very precious necklace was fixed and polished perfectly (I didn’t even ask for the polish) the attention to detail for your sentimental items will be above and beyond here. I was a little late to picking it up and the owner was extremely patient and waited on his Friday afternoon iv never felt so well looked after or satisfied in a jewler, I also could not find another jewler on the GOLD COAST who was able to shorten my chain that same day. I will always be retuning here and recommend anybody to travel here if they need any work or jewellery.

Came to get the bracelet size on my new watch adjusted and didn't think they would also correct the date and time on it as well but they did. Above and beyond work.

Knowing how good this jeweller is we travelled 2 hours to get my engagement ring re tipped. Robert found an issue further down the claw and fixed it for me in a tight time frame. He also rhodium plated it! I will be travelling down from the Sunshine Coast for all my future jewellery needs. I highly recommend Jewellery on James to all my family and friends. The service is exceptional
