Isaac is an amazing sales attendant and provided me with me with the upmost respect, politeness and urgency when I needed help in store. Hands down best customer service I have ever received. He also provided me with his first hand experience and personal opinion on the adult diaper section. 10/10. Will be coming back!!!

Lovely staff but the new fitout needs some work to make it customer friendly, especially the lighting. It is so dark in some areas it feels like a dungeon and it's very hard to find products with the poor lighting. The pharmacy section is actually like a cave. The Festival Towers store was bright and welcoming. I hope this new store is upgraded. UPDATE: The lighting has been improved but overall it seems the lighting just isn't sufficient to read product labels. Supermarket type lighting would be ideal.

I walked into this store and was greeted,But then i noticed that one of the staff was following me and staring but i ignored her and carried on with my shopping list, then another staff popped around the other side. Seriously! Felt so uncomfortable!I felt trapped, bullied and judged not a good feeling so as i went to check out the girl at the count wouldn't look at me i felt like i did something wrong!Paid for shopping and the guy asks to check my bag as i leave NOONE ELSES JUST MINE!P.s DONT BE QUICK TO JUDGE AND HAVE SOME RESPECT. THIS STORE SHOULD HAVE STAYED CLOSED!STAFF IS RACIST AND RUDE! EDUCATE YOURSELF ON HOW TO IMPROVE ON YOUR CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS AND PEOPLES PERSON SKILL! ITS VERY ANNOYING!

The guy threw the product when checking me out and doesn’t look to like his job by watching the phone at all timesask for BED BUG lotion and ended up with SCABIES lotion from ' the counter/ cashier person'. the pharmacist seems not wanting to help.If you want to end up with Cellulites and lost the golden time to treat yourself. welcome to the shop.

Best customer service, had an awesome lady wearing a green headband help me pick out a perfume. She let me take my time and try all the scents; I didn't feel any pressure or rush which I really appreciated!

The shop is big with various products. However, the service is not as good as Priceline Festival Towers. The cahier just wanna quickly finished and moved on to the next customer. I had a question about $5 off when I spent above $95. The answer which she gave me was to spend another $95 next time to get this promotion instead of canceling and scanning a membership card again.
