Looks good gotta grab a new cover for my new Samsung Galaxy s22+ 256gb memory. It needs a black leather covered and enclosed casing with at least 5 cards slots cut and able to fold out easily to make a call or receive a call plus a useful and only wallet I need .

Great customer service. Had a delightful experience with them. I got my IPhone 12 fixed here they did a great job and gave me a very good protective case for a great price. Their prices are the brst in Stockland!!Definitely recommend people to visit there.

The worst experience, read reviews & DON’T GO HERE. I’ve had to return to Shellharbour Starphones a couple of times because of poor workmanship or overpriced dodgy replacement parts. I stopped going here for myself & now go downstairs. Unfortunately my 13yo daughter saved up her work pay to repair her phone screen there, when she was with her father. It cost $230 for an iPhone 11. Not long after she had it replaced, the lines appeared on her screen again. We don’t go to Shellharbour often but when we returned with the receipt, one of the servers said they wouldn’t repair/replace screen as it had a minor surface scratch and that voids warranty. Everyone knows iPhones can get cosmetic surface scratches. If she had dropped her phone or damaged it, you’d see that. So I asked to speak to another gentleman Debo. He inspected damage to phone and the receipt saved on said phone, the proceeded to to tell us to return to the shop the following day 30.01.2023 as the screen was still in warranty and get original guy Aman to repair. When we returned Aman refused to fix phone saying Debo shouldn’t have said they would repair. He called him & Debo who denied even sighting the phone. I told them how unprofessional they were and that they told me it would be repaired today and asked to speak to their manager. Whilst waiting two other people came in about faulty screen installations by them. Aman called another person who also said they wouldn’t repair phone. When I asked who they spoke to, they said they don’t need to tell me who and I could email head office. When I called the phone number, it seemed like a fake call centre. Stealing hundreds of dollars from people & children. I will be taking the matter further. The most unprofessional shonky service. They don’t even deserve 1 star but I can’t post a review without one

My son chose a case for an ipad, I was never informed of the refund policy or prices until checkout. After purchasing the case and telling my wife it was $55 she felt is was overpriced. We returned within 40 minutes not having left the mall and were advised there no refunds, only store credits. I will never shop there again! There is an equivalent shop down one level with much better sales tactics and friendly customer advice.

Absolutely pathetic service, do not trust these people, they have installed a glass cover on my phone that has a hair line crack, I didn’t even notice till I got home, they would not replace it and he didn’t even look at it. Pathetic customer service.

Horrendous customer service. Bought a hands free device which ended up being faulty. Took back with receipt after only having it for 1 month and was told they wouldn’t refund OR replace because it wasn’t faulty and was damaged… how do you damage a hands free device?!So dodgy, do not use this company.

The worst customer service; avoid dealing with any of their stores at all costs - I'd give zero stars if I could. Despite taking advice from their store manager on a purchase refund, and having it in writing from the store that the purchase was made in error and I should be refunded, they've basically stolen $59 of my money. Over the last 5 months, I tried involving Fair Trading NSW (as Star Phones won't respond to any of my emails), and despite Star Phones verbally agreeing with FTNSW to provide me a credit note for my purchase, they've constantly reneged on the agreement. If you try to contact them about a refund their 'customer service' team will just ignore your emails (which is the only way their terms and conditions will allow you to pursue a refund). Star Phones CEO, Saras Gilotra, if you are reading this mate and care at all about how your staff treat your customers then feel free to get in touch, I'd love to chat with you.
