Friendly, knowledgeable staff who are always up for a chat or a laugh. Easy workout circuit that is scaleable for your ability. Relaxed and supportive atmosphere, clean and well maintained. Owner is lovely :)

I DID (sadly) attend curves briefly, certain members of staff were condescending/patronizing, cancelled membership, and kept getting charged.

Curves Mill Park is wonderful. I attend with my client who has special needs on a weekly basis and she is always welcomed, supported and respected. My client tells me she loves Curves and when I ask her how her workout was she always smiles and says great. Thank you.

dreadful hours - whats with this closing in the middle of the day ie when a mother can actually get to a gym when their kids are at school - ridiculous opening hours - had to go elsewhere that was open between 12 and 2

I have been a member at Curves for 11 years. Staff are friendly and knowledgeable and are able to assist you with any questions. I have been to a few gyms but didnt enjoy them and stopped my membership.I find that curves meets my fitness needs: machines good and length of session perfect.I go 4 times a week. I find that it helps me physically, mentally and emotionally

Wonderful to be back after the lockdown. Despite trying to stay fit I didn't get the range of motion and strength training that I get at Curves. So good to see the staff and the 'usual crowd' again. Safety protocols are being followed and I am so happy to be back !!!Love the community support at Curves. Currently it is accepting donations for bushfire victims for Salvation Army. At Christmas donations are collected for the Whittlesea Community. A great spirit.A great spirit. am really enjoying the Steptember" challenge. We have been given a pedometer and challenged to do 10
