Worst customer experience

Attempted to purchase a vehicle with a price tag of a mortgage , ready to leave deposit and was not gotten back to..after initialenquiry as vehicle wasn't available at time. Was told no point to take my money and not give me a car... to find out now the car is now available, 2 attempts to purchase through my local dealer , then escalated RAM trucks Australia which also didn't get back to me and was of absolute no assistance.2 stars total. 1 for no use of good practice, 1 star for failing to achieve desired outcome which could have been fulfilled if done correctly from the start... it's a shame I received a better experience purchasing a vehicle of a quater of its value.Disappointed for missing out due to no fault of my own. If I had the option to buy direct from factory abroad I would .

Worst dealers I’ve ever come across. Ordeal buying the car and having the car two years, it’s still an ordeal to get a service and to buy spare parts. I would recommend anyone to buy another brand, a brand that will look after you through your sale and for years after.
