The most rudest service I have ever experienced, I had a appointment for 2pm got there at 1.50 was told I’m going on lunch so I will have to sit outside and wait which I did at 2.05pm went back and the sign said closed till 2.15pm, the lady was sitting outside the store on her phone and eating her lunch, I said excuse me my appointment is 2pm I have to be over town to another appointment at 3.15, her response was well I need to eat, what do you want me to do stop eating my lunch, we have been busy and we are short staffed and you should never of been booked in, then proceeded to keep eating her lunch and then went back into the store and didn’t open for another 10 mins then came out and said to me considering I was rude and interrupted her lunch she didn’t want to do my lashes, I nearly fell off my chair, as I needed them done as I was going away and my usual lash lady was closed I said nothing and preserved but when she finished and a terrible job,at that I told her in no uncertain terms how rude she was, then she started yelling at me in the shop in front of customers not to come back I was rude.I would never never recommend or go to that place of business if it was free and whilst I was there she also spoke very rudely to a lady who came in wanting a lash refill, she said did you get them done here, lady said no, we’ll I don’t do other peoples refills go back to where you got them done, the lady said I’m on holidays from Melbourne thank you for nothing, good impression for visitors.Seriously go back and learn some manners and realise paying customers keep your business running

Very poor customer service, I was disgusted with the service or lack of service I walked away upset with how I was treated, one word commands and felt like she didn't want me there or want to touch me, I left with wax on my clothes and on my face which I scratched off before leaving. I will never go back and I will let my friends know not to go there.

I came in 09/05/23 around 2:30pm. The shop was entirely empty so I was immediately served. The lady serving me did not really interact with me much and would give very short answers. I had come in to get the centre of my eyebrows waxed, and I normally do them myself but did not currently have the things I needed to do them. I felt very rushed in and out, not much communication and my eyebrows were botched even though it was simply a wax just in the centre. She went through the process of waxing only to thread them after, yet still a whole chunk of hair was left behind. I did not notice at first as my eyes were watery from the threading and I was also rushing to get somewhere. The wax did not feel effective and I am not personally a fan of threading. I feel that when I ask for wax, that is the service I am getting and for staff to be able to see and fully tidy up where needed without rushing the process and missing spots.

I went in yesterday to have my sideburns area threaded and the woman who served me was very abrupt and just sat me down and started threading. When I specified the area I wanted threaded, she said the hair was too long (just below my hairline, in front of my ears) and she would need to use wax. I did not want to use wax on my face but I agreed as it was just a small area and she didn’t give me much chance to ask questions. She finished and I paid, however when I left there was still hair where I wanted it removed, so I went back. She then sat me down and proceeded to apply wax to the entire side of my face and jawline on both sides without telling me that she was going to do that, after I had clearly pointed to the hair I wanted removed, which was NOT where she applied the wax. I left, very upset, with hair still in the area I wanted it removed, and my skin has now had a reaction that will no doubt take weeks to heal. I won’t be returning, that’s for sure!

Went in for eyebrow wax and tint. There was only one staff member so I had to wait which was fine, however, the staff member was very stand-off ish, didn’t talk or try to make conversation even when I tried I would get one word answers which made the entire time there very awkward. There was no background music or anything and the vibe did not feel welcoming. I have never had a reaction to wax before at other places but this time I did and the wax was too hot. The tint has also only lasted 4 days and is nearly completely faded now. Not a good experience and won’t be returning

Very happy with brow threading and tinting. Reasonable price and good service. 100% recommend. Better than all the other places I've tried. The beautician really listens to your request and is very calm and collected about it. Love the atmosphere.

My daughter and I went in for an eyebrow wax a few days ago. The woman was leaning over us, cms from our faces sniffling and coughing every 10 seconds. I get it people have to work, but in these times of Covid and especially during winter flu season, if you’re struggling to keep your bodily fluids inside your head, the least you could do is wear a mask. Pretty sure a drop escaped and got me too. My daughter and I are both sick now. Used to use this place often, but won’t be back again. That’s just gross.

I walked in, one lady not wearing a mask, the other has hers half on. Both with the attitude that they'd rather not have customers. I got my eyebrows tinted which took around 10 minutes. I'm very happy with the results but she was very rushed. She made the dye and put it on then just walked away, not telling me anything. After a while I assumed she was waiting for the timer but I mean she could've let me know.Overall, cheap price for a relatively good service. I am very happy with the outcome (but they did start to fade about a week after).

Absolutely terrible, I explained that I had a very important event my wedding" comming up in 2 weeks and needed my eyebrows to look great. Person who served me didn't care
