Have been using On the Way Up for over 12 years They have done many many sets of stairs for us from basic to extraordinary, all types of balustrade and timber screening. My husband and I have built a few homes in our time but we have just built our first 2 storey home and I was a bit nervous because I wanted to make sure I had a staircase that didn’t look like your usual run of the mill staircase but one that had the wow factor we were after so when we met with the team at On The Way Up, they were more than happy to hear our ideas and worked with us and offered suggestions to ensure our vision turned out exactly as we’d hoped, nothing seemed too difficult for them. I didn’t realise just how much went into stairs and balustrades but they made the process so much easier for us and really put our minds at ease. Communication was really easy, my emails were answered quick and everything was explained in a way I could understand.During my visits to site, the install team were tidy with their work and at all times had the stair treads covered to ensure no damage occurred to our beautiful timber - it was really reassuring to know that from the team in the office to the guys on site, everyone had a respect for the product.To say we were happy with our staircase is a complete understatement, they are even more beautiful than we could have expected.Thank you to the entire team at On The Way Up for all your help in creating this masterpiece in our home.

Came to measure up stairs 3+ months ago, then never heard from them again. Got tired chasing them. If you don't want stairs these guys are perfect. 1 star too many. Unprofessional & they don't want your business so go somewhere else.

I cannot thank Matt and OTWU for the effort they made to ensure we created the most amazing stair and Balustrade. Great drawings and 3d imaging made it easy to visualise the end product. The installer then delivered exactly as promised. So nice to deal with and would highly recommend to anyone that wants an amazing outcome. (On time, in budget) Five Stars

Love love the new balustrade. Bopha built an amazing balustrade. It surpassed my own imagination and expectations. Not only has it made my stairs safer but the modern look has made such a big difference to the over all look of my loungeroom . Bopha was very experienced professional, punchable , polite and respectful. The before and after photos. Not sure if my photos do it justice.
