Amazing place, amazing staff & I couldn't ask any more for a friend that I had to put into a Nursing Home. I HAVE BOOKED MYSELF IN FOR 10yrs TIME !!. Can't wait to get back to Bingo. I had lunch for $10 with my friend back in November & I had a lovely chicken roast followed by apple crumble & custard. Very nice & a good serve. The staff set up a special table for my friend & I & they couldn't have done any more. Always keep me up to date with any falls that my friend has or any other important matter

We had difficulties with access to my mums vitamins which were confiscated permanently.This caused her general health to decline.We decided to check her out. She had to pack her personal belongings and asked a nurse for some help and was told 'Good luck getting someone to help you pack' My mum is 81 and has a walker. Disgusting.

Amazing staff, amazing facilities I would love to be living there. I have a friend in Bangalor & she is so well looked after & the staff don't hesitate to contact me if she has a fall or for any other reason. Keep up the great work

No pads for residents. Need to pick up their game and do better as this is not something that I would be happy with for my elderly family members. Management needs to ensure they have enough available.

This is the kind of place that I would like to spend my waning time.From the magnificent reception, dining rooms, theatre room, library and well appointed suites to the care and attention from all staff.. welcoming and caring.

I'm 47 and I couldn't have found a better place stay. On top of a hill overlooking all of Tweed Heads. Staff are very caring, as well very hard working

My darling Mother was cared for there up until her passing away. The staff are lovely, attentive. While she was still able to enjoy the activities and outings she had fun. It is such a lovely spot on top of the hill and I was grateful that she got to live out her remaining days there.
