Frazer Air

The worst company I have ever come across, a while ago I had requested a service call through Rinnai/Brivis, but got Frazer Air as one of the contractors. The guy who attended was great but that’s all the good you can say. I was waiting for a quote and thought maybe I’d give it a week. 2 weeks go by, no quote. The girls on the phone will say someone will call you back, that someone is named Ebony and she never does! I would call nearly everyday. Do yourself an favour and change the management, because she is doing nothing for your money. You can hire a teenager from Mcdonald’s and get better value. Her service is absolutely pathetic, I had been waiting for 3 months to get a reply, in the end gave up and used someone else. I only write this now, because I had a friend ask if I knew someone that does aircon repair and I want to make sure everyone doesn’t waste their time or money with you.

Highly recommend Frazer Air! Josh is outstanding with his knowledge of heating and cooling systems. We will continue to use this business and recommend to others.

Joshua from Frazer Air, was efficient and thorough in his assessment of my LG Split System inverter. Was impressed by his knowledge of what was needed to bring the system back to full capacity, so careful and respectful. Resolved the issue of previous competitor leaving it in a mess. The cost to come out and assess was very reasonable and affordable. Frazer Air keep up the great work, with staff like Joshua and Lucia very impressed. Frazer Air you have me for life.

Just had a new heater installed by Frazer Air and our experience was first class. Tradesman were first class. The two young men that installed the heater were extremely professional, polite and left the job only after ensuring everything was working to our satisfaction but also that we understood how the heater worked. I would have no hesitation in recommending this Company to other.

Found technician Josh to be very professional and thorough. Even removed his shoes upon entry.

Big thanks to Jason, Matt and the boys for an amazing job done on our reverse cycle ducted split system. After months of being stuffed around by other contractors 1/ not turning up, 2/not being able to problem solve and 3/ not answering calls or messages, we finally had Jason turn up who was happy to get into the roof with me and work out a solution to fitting the biggest unit possible in the limited space we had in our roof. Jason got back to me with a quote as promised, job went ahead 2 weeks later and we were so happy with the workmanship and result. They cleaned up after themselves, they were polite and friendly, an absolute pleasure to have in our home. We are super happy with our new heating / cooling unit. Would thoroughly recommend Fraser Air to anyone. Thanks guys we love your work.

I’ve used Fraser air a few times and the boys always go above and beyond for the customer. There always on time. And they have plenty of experience and expertise in the products they sell and service. If you’re after heating and cooling Look no further!

We contacted Frazer air to come out and take a look at our split system which was faulty. Josh, their technician arrived. Josh was prompt and very courteous and polite. He thoroughly checked our split system and was able to pin point what the issue could be. Josh was very articulate in the way he explained the fault.He had taken a few photos and explained what each photo meant. I was even more impressed as he cleaned up the areas he accessed. He also offered some great tips and tricks with regards to maintaining our split system for longevity.Definitely gold star service from Josh and asset to your business and I highly recommend Frazer air if you’re needing assistance with your air conditioning.
