Used the online form to obtain an emailed quote at about 9:30am, which I received in less than 30 minutes. Communication was easy, they said they would come out that morning - they were here within the hour. The lovely technician was super helpful and replaced the battery within a few minutes. The whole experience lasted less than a few hours. Really easy, and reasonably priced considering the excellent service and the delivery factor. My car is starting again! Thanks team.

My Marshall battery lasted 2 years & 3 months & was not covered under warranty, even though their website states 4wd batteries have a 3 year warranty. The battery was diagnosed with a faulty cell & I had to pay to replace it.

Excellent service. Needed a bike battery urgently for my early morning ride. They came to my house on a Friday night and fitted the battery for me. They had also done their research on the American pages (American bike) to ensure they had the correct battery. Communication was excellent and very reasonably priced. Great friendly service.

Had my car battery replaced by Marshall Batteries and before Marshall Batteries replaced it everything electric worked fine in our vehicle but now I don't have both brake lights , there's a light on the dash that says Bonnet Open it's definitely closed plus when I try to start the car there's nothing happening unless I push on something electrical like washer button for wipers it starts! Now none of these problems were there until these guys touched it .So I took it to show them and wiped their hands of it but said this is an Auto Electritions job we only deal in batterys!!!

Wednesday afternoon I discovered my battery flat after work. I could have got my partner to come and jump start me. But because I thought my battery might be had it, I decided I needed to get someone out to test my battery. So if it needed to be replaced I didn't have the same problem in the morning.The man I talked to on the phone and the young man that came out to my car could not have been friendlier. The put me at ease and I am going to tell everybody I know how great they were.Plus I believe there pricing was more than reasonable and happy with what I paid.
