I bought my electric bike from the bicycle Emporium, over 5 years ago when electric bikes were new, I found there service, & after sales service amazing.Just recently I had a problem with my computer (I left it in very heavy rain)no problem, even though they don’t sell that make anymore, they found a new computer from overseas,(At a good price) now I have my bike back. One happy customer

If you need repairs and service that are fast, quality and friendly- USE THESE GUYS!!Thorough review of the bike leading to a good invoice. Price blown out by a few ‘inside-y’ things (e-bike) but staff apologetic, even though not actually their fault.Young staff are AMAZING at addressing customers at their level of understanding, and the older gent has a great sense of humour and a seemingly speed of light hands in the workshop.Couldn’t ask for better.

A huge shout out to the guys from The Bicycle Emporium. On a ride from Gold Coast to Sydney ran into trouble on our gravel bikes & was SO glad for the attention we got from these guys. The staff were able to attend to a mechanical issue without delay and were creative in finding a solution to bike pack issue without making me spend a fortune! They went above & beyond, wish they were in Sydney.
