Mower Place

Called on Apr 22 at 11:39 asking about a repair for hedge trimmer attachment for a multi-tool manufactured by Scheppach, sold by Aldi branded as Gardenline. The response was that they would not service anything sold via Aldi. Given that Aldi products are fairly common, it is probably valuable to know that Mower Place does not work for these. Scheppach does supply an Australian online spare parts service, including explosion drawings, in case you want to have someone else perform repair or do it yourself, instead as an alternative.Called on Easter Saturday 2020 at 8:10 and ended up on the tape loop, saying the place was closed. Double-checked with their web-page. Specifically said the shop was open. Disappointing.I received a response shown below. My experience was specific to an issue with the phone system. I did not claim an issue with any other listings. This seems an attempt to fudge the issue.For the phone system I tried multiple times with options for front-desk (sales) and workshop. Terrible customer service, similar experiences to other reviews here, no follow up phone calls for items being ordered in and managed to stand in the empty store for 5 mins before someone bothered to come and serve me. Disappointing for a Stihl outlet.

Sunday 11am, the shop was empty. Both staff members behind the service desk put down whatever it was they were eating and scoffed when I asked if they could do a service on the Honda brushcutter I bought from them a few years back. Nah

Geoff Chappell.. Poor Service. Went to store Monday morning 19th Dec, looking at Cub Cadet XT2 and wanting to compare Rover 21/42. Rover not in stock but Brown Plains store had some, told Rover would be in on Tues or Wed to view. Left all contact details, phone and email. I phoned on Thurs morning 22nd to be told might come in today and would contact me. I left two messages on Fri 23rd. Have had no contact from the Store. I know it's a busy time of year but a simple phone call is not that difficult. Have since purchased from another dealer with next day free delivery

Friendly service and I am happy with my Honda mower, but do yourself a favour and stay far away from the Stihl petrol whipper snippers!!!I had read the Stihl reviews but was assured that the numerous issues stated had been resolved…. So I guess its on me…But its definitely not something you want to have to deal with on a Sunday afternoon! I cant believe that anyone would sell an engine that is this poor!Frustration levels = whipper snipper not in a state which I can return it.

I went in yesterday because my Stihl whipper snipper trigger was not working. It turned out to be a simple issue and they fixed it while I waited. Incredible service and really helpful guys. Thanks

Awesome customer service experience from Spare Parts Dept of Mower Place Brookfield. Double checked the part numbers for me as not to waste my time coming in.Went in on Friday and they had the parts I needed on the shelf for my 2014 Toro Timecutter when my local Toro dealer didn’t have it in stock and potentially would have to wait 7-10 days. Thanks Mower Place Brookfield.
