Great quality bathroom supplies & competitively priced. Jimmy & Lucas were a pleasure to deal with & despite lengthy supply delays from overseas, they sent out the items to me personally at no extra cost due to issues with my bathroom contractor. Purchased a square toilet that was broken. I was blamed for breaking it in front of other customers. It was clearly destroyed by a forklift in their store. Terrible service by the store manager. Absolute bums! Go to Reece or Tradelink and spend a tiny bit more.

Always happy with the services provided here. The staff is always friendly, helpful and attentive. The price is reasonable too. I have been to many other places that have terrible service eventho they have great products. However bad services means I would never come back.Highgrove Braybrook always delivers exceptional customer service that makes me want go back all the time. Keep it up :)

I came here to assist someone in choosing a new toilet, the store didn't have too many on display but the selected toilet purchased was great, a good design and certainly worth it.The store wasn't busy at the time of our visit.There is free parking directly out front.
