These people are rude, unprofessional and I don't know why any company would use them to represent them with claims. I have been waiting for almost 3 months for a claim to be sorted. They do not respond to emails and keep asking for the same information over and over - probably as a delay tactic. I would not bother purchase a warranty that is provided through this company. I found it hard to click on one star - I had to to be able to post this.

Bought a sofa from HARVEY NORMAN, Mandurah in WA, with a insurance cover from MULTI MASTER, paid extra for Insurance warranty from Multimaster Australia Pty LTD, when contacted Multimaster with the issue within the warranty period.. they said they cant help as it will need more than one visit from their technician to sort the small scratch that happened by accident on the sofa. #HarveyNorman should be ashamed to back fraudsters like #MultiMaster with their products, PLEASE AVOID THESE SCAMMERS, especially MULTIMASTER as they are a big scam in the name of furniture insurance. i am going to ensure that Multimaster gets the maximum negative publicity for scamming customers who bought Furniture insurance from them and when contacted they don't honour their commitment after taking our hard earned money.

They are rude, do not honour the warranty, won’t allow a complaint to be escalated, speak to a manager or even give your their name when they refuse a genuine claim. They will make up any reason and lie not to honour the warranty.Please do not waste your money on this company they are just awful to deal with.If I could give ZERO STARS I would. RUDE RUDE RUDE. I am not one to leave reviews but I am so appalled at their rudeness that I had to make an exception this time.

Bought a couch from Harvey Norman and spent extra $399 for a five year warranty. They reject my request for a clean up of an accidental stain even though it was in the warranty. What a rip off. They shouldn't be doing business. What a shame. Ripping people off without honoring their warranty.. Useless and a half of a company..

I would leave 0 stars if it was an option company is extremely slow in getting back to you and frustrating to deal with I've come to the conclusion that there warranties aren't worth much more then toilet paper.

does not honor warranty and this business should be shut down.Its outright illegal what they are doing and they get away with it which is very furstrating

The leather on our couches wore through after 3 years. Upon contacting the company we were told this is wear and tear. Very unimpressed that they expect so little life out of their product.

Would not even give one star. Made 2 claims. The first I spent 6 months fighting with them despite 2 indipendant assessments saying the cause of damage, which was clearly covered in the terms and conditions. Just made another claim to only be rejected again, surprise, surprise. The warranty is not worth the paper it's written, nor the money spent on it. I could go on but am sure it will fall on deaf ears and not worth my time and effort.

how is this company in business?? complained to the ACCC as well absolutely the worst company to deal with, would even give one star rating, had a claim denied while the couch is still under warranty. time wasters.. will never take out this so called insurance" ever again"
