Got full Annex for avan camper couple of years ago product is very good material wise but if you get one don't let them put the high ridge pole on as you will need a ladder to tension it and not a good idea when windy

I dropped in this afternoon to have the eyelet on my swag repaired as it popped off while i was using it. They asked me to bring the swag around the back and popped a new eyelet on straight away without asking for payment. Fantastic customer service and very friendly staff, was really happy with the way they fixed my issue.
