Bought a bed and bed side tables and other stuffTheir customer service is badEvery time I call them they said call me back never call me back.Some of screws are missing contacted them many times, they will send me the missing parts never arrived.Has been 1 year waiting the parts. Can’t believe it

I have to give 2 stars. Feel sorry to the store staffs but their delivery contractors were super rude when delivery. They end up with scrached my brand new table top and left a word 'contact the store, we don't care.' I rang the store and the staff was very firendly and lodged a customer support request for me. We waited 5 weeks for the table be deliveried but handled in such a bad way. Such a shame!

Helpful and friendly staff. Large store situated within Logan Super Centre. Ample parking and competitive prices. The store not only have indoor and outdoor furniture but also have light fittings, bathroom fittings including vanities, plants, decorative pots, various door handles. Highly recommend it.

Over Promise coupled with Under performance. We booked a dining table with them in October last year with an ETA of first week of January which has been changed 5 times without any notice. Everytime we have to chase up our order and they give lame excuses of Covid, war, flood etc. Completely understand Covid part which may delay the delivery by a couple of weeks or so but 8 weeks and still telling us its gonna be 5 more weeks. Simply ridiculous to wait until mid-April (no guarantee) for the order placed in October, 2021.Ridiculous customer service to say the least.

Lovely shop but hardware has to be ordered and could take months to get delivered and you have to pay for the postage. Ok if you want to buy goods off the floor

Bought 3 pieces of furniture at one time from there. One of them was damaged when it arrived, so I lodged a warranty form, then the replacement came. ‘Great’!It was damaged again! Those delivery Guys even broke my entrance light when they moved out the previous damaged one. Delivery guys told me their Boss would contact me for compensation. It has been more than two months, and I did not hear anything at all from them. And Early Settlor only compensate me for the damaged furniture, but told me the broken light was that third party contractor’s fault. Well, yes, but you (Early Settlor’ invoiced me for the delivery fee directly, I even don't have any contact number for them. Don’t you think you should take the compensation responsibility for repairing my light?

Yesterday, the 1st of August 2020 at 14:30, my pregnant wife and I experienced the most unprofessional customer service we have EVER come across. The lady with dark hair and glasses abruptly interrupted us at the counter where we had brought a painting and 3 bar stools in hope to purchase them. Before even being able to ask any questions she yelled at us saying we could only purchase two bar stools. Whilst trying to clarify delivery timeframes she continued to speak over us to the point where we decided not to go ahead with any purchases. This seemed to upset her even further to which she shouted to us don't worry - I'll put them back myself". My wife found this entire experience extremely distressing and it left her in tears. We had specifically made the drive to Logan (over an hours drive) and were so disappointed on all aspects at being treated in this manner."
