Washing machine no 7 has some water problem. Dryer no 9 and may be more machines are not working properly. Guys trust me before going to this laundry think twice. Even they wan’t return your money also. I have proof of chat. Don’t trust them just complaint straight away.

Place is filthy compared to other laundromats. Fix the smoke alarm the constant beeping it makes it even more unpleasant.

Some dirty rate took my clothes out and dump my wet clothes in the next machine, while they used my time I paid for. I tried to contact the number attached to Web, but no response. You shouldn't have to sit there and watch your clothes dry.

I have been coming to this Laundrette for years and never been disappointed with the wash. To my surprise came this morning and the place wasn't to its best, but with 1 simple text I could not believe the response, owners came down within several minutes and clean the place up and cleaned and wiped all the washing machine and dryers. I can not emphasise enough how good it felt for an excellent customer response. Well done A+++

I had my kid with me today, he just touched the door and owner was there to clean the area, he immediately shouted at my son who was exploring the place but never misbehaved. This man was very tall and already looked grumpy, banging the doors and found him very unprofessional and agitated towards your customers.

I would like to note the owner's rude response to a customer David Gibson". I do not know which broken machine he is referring to but I do agree that the place can be cleaned up..the door in particular always has marks on it

Got the tokens from the token machine try to use in the machine after insert 6 tokens doesn’t change anything lost 6 of them. Try to contact to the owner at the same time the no he provided in the laundry but his phone was off and I dropped him a message to explain him what happened because I dnt want same thing happened to anyone again but he said there is no problem even I said I can come and show you what happened. It’s not about $6 even I mention to him you can keep that money but he said there is no issue even I said to him that’s happen to me twice

At the end of the day, you go there to wash and dry your clothes. So glad they had a seperate washer for my dog toys. We waited in the car while they were being washed and it didn’t take long at all. Glad we could pay by card too :)

It's a busy place in the morning. Clean and has a cash to token machine. Takes $1 & $2 coins. Bring your own washing products.
