I spent some time doing my homework before I chose Brilliant Homes and its a decision I'm so happy I made as Brilliant Homes certainly lived up to it's name and built me a Brilliant Home!From the very first day I felt I was an important client even though I wasn't building the biggest house. Making changes to plans and designing what I wanted were easy and the team were completely transparent with the costs associated.Once my house started to be built the construction manager continually updated me on the build process and schedule and I had the opportunity periodically meet on site to see how my build was progressing.Normally on completion and handover of a house there are a number of defects that the owner will find for rectification by the builder. To my amazement there was no rectification that needed to be done other than a door handle that needed to be tightened up.Once again thank you Brilliant Homes you were BRILLIANT.Don
