You never know what any trade-based store will be like. Sometimes you walk in an it's a blokey bloke club and they don't even look at you. Not this store! They were helpful and super friendly and easy going.I felt comfortable and free to browse but also had help offered to me as well.I've been out of the trade (apprentice) since covid and felt anxious getting back into it, and getting new boots and shorts was no exception.But the lady was very helpful and knowledgeable with both, and I am now stocked up and will return here again for all future work wear!

Very poor service, very poor communication. I had an issue with the work boots the lays was broken and I had return them in just one day after purchase. And they took 3 weeks to solve my issue. They said they would update but every time I had to call them. And they asked money to deliver the shoes even thought the mistake was from their end. But finally they delivered them for free of cost after asking a lot.Very dissatisfied and unprofessional service.They have sent me shoes through post and still they are not fixed and they just taped the lays and covered it, the plastic hook is not even closing yet. And the shoes look like they are worn out, and some threads are even out. They didn’t replace the new pair and they didn’t even care to replace the lays.

Went to buy a new pair of boots and left extremely happy! They have a large range with fair pricing and everyone was super helpful. I had to try on a bunch of different boots but the guy helping me was really knowledgeable and also very patient with me, despite having to go to the back several times to grab me different sizes and styles. Also, they have a boot recycling program which is a fantastic initiative!

Totally Workwear is the only place I will shop for all my workwear needs. I have business shirts, jackets and pants all with custom embroidery and they have my logos saved for hassle free ordering. It's a 1 stop shop and has a huge variety. The customer service and cleanliness of their stores are impeccable and they have reasonably competitive prices.

Large range of strange sizes. Almost nothing in any brand in the 32-34 waist size. Shop looks full, but is essentially empty if you need something that fits!

Half of the stock is not priced. So You have to call a staff to ask price, the staff wouldn’t know the price, so they had to come to counter and check it which usually takes few minutes. When they are back with price you may have put your eyes on another thing which obviosly have no price on it, so you gotta ask someone to get the price again….Don’t ask them if they have another size or color hidden in the back. They may go for another few minutes to check the back.

Good for walk ins, horrible for uniform orders.My last 5 orders over the past 4 years have been the exact same thing. Constant phone calls chasing up orders that get lost. My current order is now 4 weeks overdue and no one knows where my order is even though its been paid in full. Have been promised a call back by 3 different staff with zero call backs to this moment.. Never using these guys again and as a business owner I would recommend other business owners to look else were for uniforms.

My partner brought himself a pair of steel capped work boots here for an upcoming job. They had a wide selection of boots but not all in the size we needed, asked for 2 or 3 boots and none came in the size we needed.Special shout out for Beau for helping us pick out and running back and forth to the stock room to check for sizes
