Friendly customer service, Beautiful French toast, absolutely love it! Haven’t tried coffee yet, but will visit again in very near future.

Stopped by here before heading into Southland. Parking isn’t plentiful but found a spot.Place itself has seating out the front, inside and in the garden (which is dog friendly).Menu isn’t extensive but solid.The coffee is good.The food…. The chicken and waffles was tasty, a little spicy with sweetness of the maple syrup. Chicken was nice and crispy but more like chicken tenders then fried chicken - but stilll good combined with the waffles.My wife had the salmon and this is where it came undone. Her salmon was only partially cooked through, with the middle being raw - when we advised the wait staff all we got was a “oh well let the chef know”…. Unimpressed.Overall - it’s good, a little exxy but could be better.

Great atmosphere and style. So glad I stumbled into this place. I had a coffee, long black and it was perfect and the food was better than I thought I wanted. I had scrambled eggs on toast with mushrooms and spinach. Fresh and filled with a variety of flavours yet very minimalistic in the best way possible. Highly recommend this place and the staff were friendly and helpful.

Drip Cafe is indeed a small and cozy cafe, but that also does mean they can get overwhelmed by groups very quickly and run off their feet a little.Came here on a Sunday lunchtime, found the service to be quite self-helped, in that ordering a coffee is even through the phone and wasn’t offered when the waitress gave us physical menus. Alas, no big issue, we are all okay with QR codes now.We got the baked eggs and the eggs benny, and I found the baked eggs to have less flavours than many of its competitors. It had plenty of chorizo which was great but the herbs were just lacking for me. The eggs Benny was just your stock standard but nothing stood out in particular.

Fantastic little cafe on the corner of a little strip of shops. Relaxed, cosy with friendly staff and delicious fresh menu. I'll be returning again to try other things on the menu! I had the Salmon Bowl and it was very tasty, full of flavour and the salmon was cooked exceptionally. Credit to the chef :)

This cafe deserves a 4.5 as the food our group of 3 received was absolutely fantastic. Because the competition for the coffee dollar is so hot there needs to be a differentiator. In this case it was the hotcakes. Forget Pancake Parlour - this was outstanding.Our timing proved handy. It is not a huge cafe and in peak times space would be at a premium. And the same goes for parking. Most parking on the Chesterville Road strip is 1/4 hour only. We arrived at 10am on a Sunday and needed to tour the surrounding side streets. Regardless, Iecommend this place highly.

Today we had the orange blossom hot cakes, smashed avocado and chicken and waffles. All of the dishes were stunningly presented and highly enjoyable. The hot cakes were well balanced and not overly sweet and were delicious alongside the well made coffee and banana smoothie. Complimentary sparkling water too which is always a nice bonus

Sweet little Cafe in Chesterville Road near Southland. Lots of seating inside and outside, both front and back. Had coffees (decaf soy lattes, flat white) and had a green juice that sounded tempting (kale, cucumber, apple, capsicum, celery). While for food, husband had eggs on toast while I had avocado smash, with beetroot puree, on sourdough. Came with poached eggs that husband ate as I don't like eggs. Also note can someone please explain why every single Cafe's avocado smash comes with poached eggs. What is it about poached eggs that they must come with everything? Total 64 dollars. Note blue and white colour scheme nice Mediterranean vibes.
