Don’t often do reviews but unfortunately I’ve had several poor experiences here. They have no system to manage bookings v walk ins. Or even to keep track of who came first. Last time I went I arrived on time for a 9am appointment. I wasn’t seen until 10:10 and not finished until 10:50 for a simple mani/pedi shellac. Several who arrived at 9:45, were seen immediately. This is not the first time unfortunately. While I was there I observed multiple people be sent away to be told to come back in a hour, then they accepted new walk ins so the people who came back at the time instructed had to wait again. They just can’t seem to keep track of who comes in and order at all! Good service but don’t go unless you don’t care about waiting and being served in a fair order.

I wish I read the reviews first. Made an appointment to find 6 customers with 4 people serving midway through all customers. Other issues:1. They keep accepting walk ins even though they were over capacity meaning longer wait for everyone.2. To remove my SNS I was given an aluminum bowl of acetone to soak fingers and nails in.3. I had a cut on middle finger so the guy pulled out the cotton ball and foil to wrap it. I asked to keep it low otherwise my cut would sting. He said I'm a tough woman not to worry!3. I asked to slightly cut my nails from the growth which she did, then aggressively filed them down!Total time: 1 hour 40 mins. 50mins was to remove SNS btw clients.

I am a regular customer and never have any issues. The nail technicians are always so accommodating and friendly and do an excellent job. They like many other nail salons try to serve everyone to not let them down. So Xmaseve was extremely busy and a couple of customers got upset about waiting. It was xmas eve after-all a busy time and they were doing their best to accommodate all. I even offered the person who was upset about waiting my spot because the technicians were given a hard time. The nail technicians do go above and beyond and will continue to be my regular go to

I’m not usually one to post publicly but this was the worst pedicure I have ever had. She absolutely ruined my nails, there was and still is nail polish over my skin. I would go elsewhere.

Best Shellac/gel nails in the area. Many options, great customer service, good prices and my manicure gel lasts for 3 weeks or more. I 100% recommend this place ! !

Have never posted a review but this experience was terrible. I visited to get a set of acrylics nails put on. I left with uneven nails, unfinished in areas and the skin around my nails looked butchered. I would not recommend this place.

Very friendly service and were the nicest people I have ever been to for nails; however, my nails look incomplete and did not cover my whole nail with shellac. Instead my nails having only been an hour old look like I haven’t had them done for two weeks. Shellac is covered with the nail polish but I am embarrassed with the job and was so shocked I didn’t have them correct it. I also had to wait for almost 1 hour before being served when there was only 4 customers in the room. Crazy!
